Gore Photographer Gets 1,000,000 Views
Three years ago, Andrea Lightfoot (AndreaEL Photography) was just getting started, now her photos are appearing on magazine covers, greeting cards, community noticeboards, wedding albums, wildlife publications and websites all over the world.
PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 16, 2013 - Despite being tucked away in Pukerau, a remote village near Gore in Southland New Zealand, Andrea has harnessed the ever increasing power and reach of the internet to share her art and her passion for birds.
Recently her viewing audience, on just one of her many social media sites, passed 1 million views … an incredible achievement in such a short space of time.
People are constantly approaching Andrea for tips on photography, lighting, shutter speeds and aperture settings … she smiles, shrugs her shoulders and does her best to help them.
“I am blown away by the positive response” says Andrea “I absolutely love birds and the intention was purely to share their beauty with the world … I guess when you are passionate about someone or something, it comes out in the photos”.
We constantly hear about people who achieve success by pursuing their passion and it seems that Andrea Lightfoot is yet another example.
