Photography allows you to be aware of everything, you are not thinking about what you will be making for dinner, or what you forgot to add to your shopping list. You find yourself focusing on the now, the only thoughts you have are the view you see through the lens. Everything else in life just falls away, and you are one with your camera and the subject you are capturing.
